Easy Greek Lemon Chicken with Homemade Tzatziki Dip

In this recipe, juicy, tender, lemon-y chicken comes together with creamy and refreshing tzatziki to make something special for your tastebuds. To me, some of the best recipes are those that use minimal ingredients and come together within just a few minutes. The simplest things tend to bring the most joy, right?

If you’ve never heard of tzatziki, it is dip that originated made from strained yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and herbs. It’s high in protein due to the yogurt. If you don’t want to make it fresh, you can also likely find it in your local grocery store by the dips. It’s incredibly refreshing and crisp, which is why I love making this in the summer.

I could not recommend this recipe enough for your next summer get together!
