If you know me, you know my favorite dessert is a warm chocolate chip cookie. There is nothing quite as satisfying as a soft cookie with warm melty chocolate. My mom, my sister, and I have been making this chocolate chip cookie recipe since I was young. I’ve made these cookies so many times that I have it memorized.
These cookies are soft and chewy in the middle, but crispy on the outside. I highly recommend only making a few cookies at a time and storing the rest of the cookie dough in the refrigerator, so you can make fresh cookies whenever you’re in the mood. Dark chocolate is also a must for this recipe in my opinion.
